We have been operating an Apprenticeship Programme since 1999, with many of our Site Managers, Construction Managers, Business Operations and Senior Leadership team having trained through the scheme. An apprenticeship with us provides you with a thorough foundation for an exciting and fulfilling career in the Construction industry.
As part of our ambitions to be a first-choice employer for the best students, we work collaboratively with schools and the Construction Industry Training Board, CITB, and in cooperation with various specialist training providers, colleges and universities, including: First Intuition, Professional Apprenticeships, Didac, Weston College, City of Bristol College, University of South Wales and UWE Bristol.

We offer a limited number of work experience opportunities. These last up to five days and students must be over 14 years for office experience and 16 years with suitable transport arrangements if site experience is available. We help to support schools in achieving the Gatsby Benchmarks by talking about the general world of work, the skills that we value, and helping to raise awareness of the many career paths available in Construction. Find out more about our schools programme.
